Theres a basic human rights violation there - the erectness of that nipple indicates a temperature of between -1 to 3 degress centigrade, therefore the baby should be clothed.....
I believe you will find the nipple is so erect as baby has just finished drinking whatever foul liquid comes out of those things - That or he really is gay!!
Then explain why the baby is blue? I would diagnose that said baby is near paralised with hypothermia and the contorted look on its face is sheer frustration at not being able to get near the nipple...
